I’ve decided there is no way to say this without sounding corny, so here goes:  Ever since I saw The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, I’ve been absolutely dyyyying to visit the beautiful blue & white soaked island of Santorini (where the film is set).  Located in the southern Aegean Sea and the result of an enormous volcanic eruption, this historic, architecturally unique island is famous for its downward sloping cliffs and central lagoon.  The gorgeous white villages perched on the crests of Santorini’s breathtaking slopes will not stop calling my name.  I cannot wait until the day I find myself tanning on the warm-watered black sand beaches that make Santorini such a uniquely exquisite place to be.  Time to start a vacation fund!
