Just a little photo round-up of last weekend’s Satanella. Remember when I told you about the dress rehearsal from hell? Well, the above collection of pictures should probably make you feel like you were actually there with me, considering they were taken during that legendary rehearsal. So yes, that is the arabesque-prohibiting tutu, those are the ripped pink tights, and that expression on my face is in fact one of my Oscar-winning “holding back the tears” smiles. Just kidding about that last part, I’m shockingly terrible at masking my emotions. For further explanation, see final photo:

Nice face, right? And yup, you guessed it, that’s me about to go down…all the way…to the ground…on my butt. Woof. That is all.
Setting The Barre 
I thank you very much for being such and extraordinary athlete, dancer and artist. I appreciate you sharing the good, bad and the ugly (not that it ever looks to me anything other than perfect). This picture did give me a chuckle but also reminded me that you are human. I just started following your blog and it is wonderfully diverse and you are a very funny young woman.
