Sometimes you just need to take a deep breath in and exhale all of the stress and negativity that you’ve been holding on to. I love this post about the importance of breathing while dancing, and the following video of ballet dancers Sergei Polunin and Kristina Shapran improvising to to Satie Gnossienne’s No 1….in slow motion.
