So I promised you all I would share the outcome of that daunting Peter Pan audition…

Wellllll, nothing is ever certain until the curtain goes up, but as of right now, I’ve been given the opportunity to learn the role of (drumroll)……….Wendy!  When I saw my name up on that schedule on Friday morning, I swear my heart flew out of my chest and hit the ceiling, my stomach did a few flip flops and my hands immediately started sweating.  A new choreographer…a new work…intimidating, but exciting!

Even after 3 days of rehearsal, I’m still in shock.  As an old ballet friend would always ask herself, IS THIS REAL LIFE?!  I really do hope so.
